Mimosa is an evergreen plant of Australian origins: It requires a sun-lit area and a fertile soil. It can grow outdoors but it is advisable to plant grafted varieties as they have proved better resistance.

This type of reproduction starts up by sowing in April; a year later, in June, we graft in an approximated way onto mother plants selected and in September plants are detached and put into pots.

There are plenty of Acacia Mimosas; some can be reproduced by grafting only.
